community and its own continuous improvement. We endeavor
to be at the forefront of the electronic component industry
by delivering quality product in a timely manner with
very cost effective pricing.
Quality Sets Us Apart
Abstract's quality inspection is based on the open market industry standard, IDEA STD-1010A.
This standard incorporates a rigorous process for detecting counterfeit product
and has been accepted by many top tier OEMs and CMs around the world.
In addition to our thorough inspection process, we can also offer electrical
function and die verification. Product is shipped with accompaning electrical
function test reports and die verification photos. All tested product comes with
our 1 year replacement warranty.
Our well-trained inspectors use microscopes for verifying part marking, surface
irregularities and lead quality. Pictures of parts are taken to assist in traceability and future part
identification. One time programmable parts are tested to ensure blank, functional parts.
Our purchasing department has years of experience and a vast knowledge of "who is who" in the
open market. Our vendor management process steers us away from substandard suppliers and helps
reward our excellent suppliers. The process of maintaining high-quality standards starts in the
purchasing department, is supported by the quality inspection process, and results in increased
reorders and a high level of customer satisfaction.
